• 1Charge fully before first use — connect the USB cable to the charging port. The indicator light confirms charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours.
• 2Put it on like a bra — position both massage cups over your chest and fasten the adjustable back band for a secure, comfortable fit. Adjust the band length as needed.
• 3Power on — press the centre power button (Button 2) to turn the device on. The unit will start on the default vibration setting.
• 4Select your settings — use Button 1 to cycle through vibration modes and Button 3 to activate hot compress therapy. Use both together for the full dual-effect experience.
• 5Recommended session — use for 15–20 minutes per session, once or twice daily for best results. The device may auto-power off after a set time for safety.
• 6Clean & store — wipe the inside of the cups with a clean, damp cloth after use. Do not submerge in water. Store in a cool, dry place.
