Our accessibility goal

ModernMania aims to provide a website that can be used by people with diverse abilities, devices and assistive technologies. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.

Measures we take

  • Semantic headings, labels and landmarks.
  • Keyboard-accessible controls and visible focus states.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Readable contrast, scalable text and responsive layouts.
  • Status messages that do not rely only on color.
  • Reduced-motion support for decorative animation.
  • Testing at desktop and narrow mobile widths.

Known limitations

Third-party advertising, embedded media, consent interfaces or older content may not fully meet our target. Generated text may require user editing for plain language or accessible formatting. We continue to prioritize barriers that prevent task completion.

Feedback and accommodation

If you encounter a barrier, email support@modernmania.site. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, device, browser and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them. We will seek an accessible alternative where feasible.

Compatibility

The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Very old browsers, disabled JavaScript or unusual browser extensions may limit interactive tool functionality, while core policy content should remain readable.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. New components should be keyboard tested and reviewed for labels, contrast, zoom and narrow-screen layout before release.
